Pale straw with a hint of green and gold. Complex and elegant bouquet, with citrus blossom and wild flowers, surrounded by crushed herbs and ripe pineapple. Juicy melon and peach on the palate, complemented by hints of basil and flowers. Beautifully rounded with a long, complex finish, plenty of minerality, citrus, ripe stone fruit and an umami quality.
Fontanassa, Cà Adua Gavi, Italy
A big Vin Santo favourite returns! Aromas of stone fruits mingle with ripe citrus. The palate is fresh but textured with notes of citrus, orange sorbet and hints of mango finishing with an herbal, minerally finish.
William Fevre, Petit Chablis, France
The nose reveals delicate floral and fruity aromas of lemon, white flowers, and citrus zest. On the palate, it tastes fruity and lively, with a touch of mineral notes that lingers on the finish.
Orange
Laventura, Malvasia, Rioja, Spain
Orange wines are made with white grapes, but in a way typical for reds where the juice stays in contact with the skins after pressing, resulting in hues ranging from golden to very dark orange—hence the name. An aromatic wine with floral honeysuckle fragrances, notes of stone fruits and citrus and spicy touches.
Red

Torre del Falasco, Amarone della Valpolicella, Italy
A true heavyweight in the world of wine. Once picked, the grapes are dried for at least four months, creating a hedonistically rich wine of ripe plums, spice, cocoa, and dried cherry. Go on – you’re worth it!
Famille Perrin ‘Les Crus’, Vacqueyras `Les Christins`, France
The nose is powerful, with notes of bramble fruit and black pepper. On the palate, the wine is refined and elegant with sleek tannins and rich fruit giving great structure to the wine. A big Vin Santo favourite!

A modern classic! Brooding hints of dark fruit and tobacco rise from a palate of raspberry, plum, blueberry, cherry and mocha.
Loveblock Pinot Noir, New Zealand
Vegan, organic and simply stunning! Fleshy black plum, with layers of cherry and sweet berries that play on the palate and dance with notes of violet.
Finca Museum, `Museum` Cigales Reserva, Spain
This beauty from Cigales is essential drinking for any Rioja fan. The nose has aromas of red berries, blackcurrants and cranberries and the red fruit continues onto the palate and is accompanied by savoury spice and liquorice.
Rosé
AIX Provence Rosé, France
The nose is fresh and fragrant with sophisticated notes of fresh red fruits, peach and subtle floral hints. Succulent but rounded on the palate with some minerality notes long and precise finish.
Dessert
Montes, Late Harvest Gewurztraminer, Chile
A lush, complex wine with notes of honey, ripe cherries, sultana and a hint of chamomile. The palate has an attractive acidity that lingers on the finish.
Port
Fonseca Crusted Port, Portugal
Dark berry fruits on the nose and palate. Great layers of complexity and flavours of plump raisin, spice and eucalyptus, as well as berry fruit flavours.
