Sainte-Maure De Touraine (Goat | France)
The cheese is a creamy white, and at various times throughout the year, melts below the rind. Mild and rich, the flavour is notably lower in salt than its fellow Loire Valley goat’s cheeses.

Saint Nectaire (Cow | France)
Semi-soft cheese with a creamy silky texture that melts in the mouth to reveal notes of nuts and hay. Goes well with a glass of Chablis.

Bleu D’Auvergne (France)
Beautiful blue cheese with a spicy, peppery, salty, herbaceous taste. Perfect with robust red wines or our Montes Late Harvest Gewurztraminer.

Brillat Savarin (Cow | France)
A triple cream cheese lightly covered with a bloomy rind. Rich and silky on the palate, a perfect pairing for a crisp champagne.

Pont l’Évêque (Cow | France)
A soft and very rich cheese with creamy and full-bodied flavour which marries well with our Normandy Cider. Irresistible.
